2007年 9 月 20 日长春市施耐利自动化工程有限公司正式创立。2013年1月9日，为顺应工业转型的时代需要，施耐利进行集团式规划，成立长春市施耐利机器人系统有限公司（长春市施耐利自动化工程有限公司全资子公司）。目前，施耐利已成为国内最具核心竞争力的工业自动化综合系统集成商。公司一次性通过IS09001:2004质量管理体系、ISO14001:2004环境管理体系认证,并多次被上海大众等多家汽车厂商评为 优秀供应商 。
In September 20, 2007 Changchun Schnelle Automation Engineering Company was formally established. In order to meet the needs of industrial restructuring, Schnelle made a group enterprise plan that in January 9, 2013 Changchun Schnelle Robot System Company was set up, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Changchun Schnelle Automation Engineering Company. Up to now, Schnelle has become the most competitive industrial automation integrated system integrator in China. Schnelle has passed the ISO9001:2004 quality management system qualification an d ISO14001:2004 environmental management system qualification. Many auto manufacturers, such as Shanghai VolksWagen, award Excellent Supplier to Schnelle.
