Responsibilities：1Responsible forsourcing activities planning an d implementation.2 Execution procurement market analysis in a complete an d transparent level, find best benchmark for defined categories an d services.3 Supplier base management with proactive an d strategical phase in/out management under transparent supplier performance management.4 Identify an d develop cost road map, planning an d execution.5 Develop satisfaction level from using departments in terms of response, commercial cooperation, supplier performance managemen.6 Local NPM purchasing procedures compliance, develop the maturity level of procedures.7 Innovation of advanced purchasing methodologies adaption, optimize the Purchasing to Pay process an d increase working efficiency.8 Regularlyvisit both plants, to set up proactively communication channel with using department to identify demanding information an d rooms of improvement.9 Being involved an d participant of Key projects, supervise progress.10 Close cooperation with HQ category managers andbranchsales purchasing team to enhancesynergy,includingestablishing common strategicalsuppliers.11 Lead an d direct a team of purchasing staff to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively an d that work schedules an d targets are met.12 Evaluate the staff by means of a qualification matrix, which is continuously adjusted to the demands, an d create training plans in cooperation with HR to further develop the team
Requirements:1 Bachelor’s Degreeor abovein Business Ｏr Engineering.2 8 years ’ of relevant business experience necessary, at least 3 years in the leader position.3 Good communication skills andsuppliermanagement skills.4 Strong project management skills.5 Fluent in English.
