MAIN DUTIES an d RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED （主要工作内容、岗位职责）:
1. Product design feasibility evaluation, product concept design an d product cost evaluation according to customer requirement
（根据客户需求，进行产品设计可行性评估, 产品概念设计及产品成本估算）
2. New product development an d design （ including CNA（Customer Need Analysis）, DFMEA, DFM （ design for manufacturing ）, product drawings/spec etc.） according to PACE procedure （ 根据PACE新产品开发流程进行新产品开发设计（包括客户需求分析, 产品设计的可制造性评估，DFMEA, 产品图纸／产品规格等）
3. Maintain existing products an d complete product extension based on existing products （ 维护现有产品及现有产品的扩展）
4. Handle EC （ engineering change ） independently （ 独立处理工程变更）
5. Provide product engineering support to production departments, product line managers an d sales team.（ 提供产品工程技术支持给生产部门，产品线经理及销售团队）
6. support QA to handle customer complaint due to product design issue （协助QA处理由于产品设计导致的客户投诉）
7. Lead an d coach product engineers an d product designer （ 领导并指导产品工程师和产品绘图员）
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:
1. At least 7 years work experience on connector design an d manufacturing experience
2. Good knowledge in engineering drawing an d specification
3. familiar with new product development & design procedure
4. Good skills in Pro-E wildfire 3.0, Auto-CAD an d MS-office
5. Good command English include oral an d writing
6. Good interpersonal an d communication skill
7. Good knowledge for connector application
