Optimize the whole production layout an d balance line by integrate information of material、machine、worker an d energy, an d to achieve reduction production cost.
通过整合相关原料、设备、人员、能源等信息去优化整个生产布局和生产线平衡,去达到成本的降低.

Responsibilities
1.According to the production requirement, define standard process to ensure the quality an d capacity ;
根据生产需求设定标准工艺去确保质量和产能;
2.Upgrade current flow line to meet requirement of balance line
提升当前的流水线去满足 线平衡的要求;
3.Design an d rebuilt workshop layout to improve efficiency an d reduce cost;
优化和改造车间工艺去提升效率和降低成本;
Regularly check an d Ｕpdate ERP system data with Item master team;
和Item master 团队定期检查和更新ERP系统主数据;
4.Standardize process document 、standard time 、headＣount of manufacturing process;
标准化制造过程中的工艺文件、标准工时、人员数量;
5.Evaluate an d analyze CAPEX investment to ensure payback within finance requirement;
评估固定资产投资类项目确保回报率在财务要求范围内;
6.Assist production department to promote current fixtures an d automation machines;
协助生产单位去升级当前的工装夹具和自动化设备;
7.Organize team to analyze material wastage an d to achieve high-usage;
组织人员分析原物料的损耗以及提升利用率;
8.Working closely with lean team an d automation team to ensure that improving target can be completed successfully;
同lean/automation 团队紧密配合去保证改善目标的顺利完成;


Skill an d Experience
1.Excellence in IE tools an d skills ;
精通IE工具和手法;
2.Good operation for CAD Ｏr related software;
熟练操作CAD设计软件或相关其他软件;
3.Be family with manufacturing process of plastic plant;
熟悉注塑类工厂工艺制造流程
4.Work under high pressure an d good sense of responsibility
工作承压能力大和好的责任心;

Qualification
1.College Degree Ｏr above in industry Engineering is definite;
大专以上 IE专业优先；
2.At least 5 years IE experience in plastic plant
5年以上塑胶类工厂工作经验；
3.Be family with manufacturing process of plastic plant;
熟悉注塑类工厂工艺制造流程；
4.Be able to work independently an d have the ability to take initiative;
独立工作性和工作主动性强;
5.Basically communicate an d write in English.
