EL English & Culture Centre focuses on providing education of English an d foreign culture to 3-12 years old students. In the process of learning English, as a tool of communication, we help students build up the core cultural values such as confidence, love, respect an d be fair to others, an d social awareness. We cultivate their ability of independent thinking, spirit of team work an d creativity. Students here will not only be good at English, but also gain positive development of personality an d comprehensive abilities. We achieve these outcomes by innovative study mode, interesting English culture topics, an d a variety of interactive study activities. Responsibilities1. 40 working hours per week （21 teaching hours included）, likely to work on Saturday an d Sunday2. Demo classes an d other promotion activities3. Produce your own lesson plan （teacher s book with detailed instruction will be provided）4. Assess the performance of your students every 4 weeks
Qualification1. Native English speaker2. Bachelor degree3. TEFL Ｏr equivalent preferred4. Teaching experience with children preferred
