到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Responsibilities：based on customer s Drawings an d Specifications, the Engineer is to design a manufacturing process to meet the production out put an d quality requirements. Produce Conceptional Fixture an d Cutting Tool design an d the cycle time estimate. Define the appropriate Machine an d Options. Review the Customer s Quality Control requirements including Spc. Take part in the process to confirm Feasibility of the proposed process. Take part in cost estimation. Consultation with customer. Solicit quotations for Fixtures an d Cutting tools together with SWA Purchasing Department. Consult with vendors to insure the functionality of the design of purchased items. To manage the Design Approval processes with Vendors an d Customers. To institute a Generic project plan, up on which our delivery committment to our customer is based on. Carry out Pre-Acceptance of Fixtures & Cutting Tools.
Requirement：a Graduate Degree in Mechanical an/or Production Engineering. Process Engineering. Technical Drawing, Dimensioning an d Tolerancing. The Functionality of work holding Devices. Cutting Tool Technology. The use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPt, MS Project. CAD Software - Cathia & AutoCad. Good Communication Skills. Profficience in Understanding an d Writing English.
