售后服务经理

1. University Degree, Technical background, majoring in refrigeration, manufacturing, Ｏr electric is a plus;
本科及以上学历，理工科专业，暖通、制冷、自动化，机械，或相近专业类优先
2. More than 5-year sales experience Ｏr service experience in large industrial product Ｏr equipment;
5年以上大型工业类产品服务或销售经验；
3. Good skills in English, both oral an d written, be able to communicate in business cases with oversea colleagues an d customers;
口语熟练，书写流利, 能够和国外同事及客户进行商务交流；
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with external customers an d internal resources；
具备较强的沟通协调能力、分析解决问题能力和团队协作管理能力；
5. Be willing to travel based on needs;
适应经常出差

Job Description
1. Follow up Global Service Strategy, an d make local service business Plan;
执行公司全球服务战略，制定本地业务计划；
2. Fulfill the KPIs for service department, include but not limited at customer service an d value added service business.
完成服务部门KPI业务指标, 包括但不限于客户服务和增值服务业务；
3. Develop service partner network within China, to enhance China service capability an d support business growth;
发展服务渠道网络，提升渠道服务能力，支持业务增长；
4. Managing escalation of customer issues, working closely with customer an d internal teams to get to resolution. Working with Quality an d Product management Dept. to ensure that defects impacting customers are addressed expeditiously.
处理客户投诉事宜，协调内部团队，保持与客户的沟通，解决客户的问题。与质量部门，产品管理部门合作，确保客户端出现的问题，找到了原因并得到了妥善改进。
5. Develop service business, include but not limited at spare parts, repairing, maintenance, retrofit engineering an d services.
发展公司服务业务，包括但不限于备件，维修，维护，改造工程和服务等。
6. Follow up with key end users to increase customer satisfactory an d grow service business;
跟踪重点最终用户，提升客户满意度, 发展服务业务;
7. Coordinate an d response to the request from Asia Pacific region, work with the service colleagues from Singapore an d India, solve customer issues an d close orders.
协调响应中国以外的亚太区域的服务需求，与印度，新加坡等国家的服务团队配合；
8. Responsible for service ticket review, service cost approval, invoice etc.
负责服务工单的审核，维修费用的审批、结算等一系列工作；
9. Other tasks assigned by company leaders;
完成上级交代的其他任务；
