Job Requirments1)大学本科学历,有3年及以上HR相关工作经验。 Bachelor an d above. More than 3-year experience in HR related working field.2)熟悉劳动法律法规,熟悉园区相关政府工作内容 Familiar with Labor Law an d related rules. Familiar with working process with government in SIP.3)良好的英语听说读写能力 Good oral an d written English4)良好的计算机水平,熟练使用Word、Excel 和PPT等相关软件 Good computer skills. Familiar with Word, Excel an d PPT.5)有劳动保障业务知识合格证书优先考虑 Qualification Certificate for Labor Security Knowledge is preference.6)良好的沟通与团队协作能力 Good communication an d team work.7)强烈的工作责任感 Strong sense of responsibilityJob Description1)根据部门招聘需求完成招聘,并拓宽招聘渠道,发布招聘广告。 Expand an d improve therecruitment channels an d post job ads. Find talents according to each Department s recruitment requistion.2)安排落实总部制定的培训计划。 Take care of the implementation of training program an d realize process management3)负责员工/实习生的入离职流程,并及时更新人事信息 Deal with the whole process of recruitment an d demission of employees, interns. an d Update HR information in time.4)管理月度考勤,准确计算每月工资以及工资发放 Manage the monthly attendance an d calculate monthly staff salary accruately5)协助经理建立合适的HR相关政策 Assist Manager to establish a sound HR related policies.6)协助经理开展各项公司活动,如年会、年度旅游、年度体检等 Assist with Manager to coordinate various company activities, such as annual party, annual travel an d health check etc.7)按时完成HR相关报告 Finish HR related reports on time.8)上级安排的其他工作 Other assigned work by superior
