Position: Localization Lead Engineer
Reporting to: Localization Manager

Localization Lead Engineer leads a dedicated engineer team. The successful applicant will be technically competent with the ability to work with tight project deadlines while ensuring all required procedures an d quality checks are followed. The ideal candidate will be able to possess the organizational an d people-management skills needed to lead projects an d our team.
软件本地化是在源语言版本的基础上，通过翻译、定制和参数配置等工作，使软件产品或系统在语言、时区、度量衡、文化、风俗习惯等各个方面与当地国家和地区的相应内容相一致，从而满足特定地区的用户的使用需求。
本地化工程师主管将带领相应的本地化团队。合格的申请人需要具备一定的技术能力，在时间紧迫的项目中仍能够确保项目进度和控制质量。理想的应聘者需要拥有项目及团队管理经验。
Main duties an d responsibilities:
· Cooperating & Communicating with a management an d engineering team
· Communicating an d cooperating with third parties – clients an d suppliers
· Flexibility to adjust working hours to handle clients/vendors in different time zones
· Regularly status reporting to management team
· Defining an d preparing tools, processes
· Defining support files
· Processing, tracking, managing an d archiving files with software tools
· Supervising technical processes in terms of quality an d productivity of the assigned team
· Co-ordinating deliverables an d changes, tracking status
主要职责：
· 与团队成员和项目经理交流合作
· 与第三方合作伙伴（客户及供应商）交流合作
· 灵活调整工作时间以解决与客户、供应商不在同一时区的问题
· 向管理团队汇报日常工作
· 定义并准备项目所需的软件工具、流程
· 定义参考文件
· 使用软件进行文件处理，实施项目进度跟踪、管理及存档
· 在质量和效率方面对指定团队进行技术流程监管
· 与客户、供应商协调各种交付和变更问题，进行项目跟踪
Requirements:
· University Degree
· Active written English
· Ability to communicate smoothly with a client
· Ability to work independently as well as in cooperation with team
· Comprehensive knowledge of standard office software （MS Office）
· Highly organized an d good at managing time an d parallel task
Highly Reliable, responsive; strong learning ability; Team player
