- -Major in mechanical Engineering , University Degree
- -Good in English both in reading an d writing，CET 6 above
- -Good Knowledge of Quality control system, ISO 9001 process
- -At Least 3 years at mechanical hardware manufacturing facility , full of knowledge about material an d its forming process an d surface finish treatment
- -Prefer in on-site job working support equipment industrial working experience
- -Perfect in Engineering software an d office software
- -Detail an d self-driven oriented
- -Supper honesty an d high sense of responsibility
- -Healthy , No problem in traveling often SQE供应商质量工程师-职位要求 - -机械制造或模具工程本科以上专业 - -良好的英语读写能力，大学6级以上水平 ，能用英文写报告。 - -熟悉质量控制体系及ISO9001的程序 - -至少三年以上五金工具类产品制造工厂工作经验，熟悉五金及塑料材料及成形加工的工艺; 熟悉工件的表面处理；有工厂一线工作的经验更佳！ - -能熟练运用工程（如3D）图纸软件级办公软件 - -良好的职业道德 ;能经常出差 ，善于沟通，能同工厂及公司建立良好的合作关系。 - -工作仔细认真，自觉主动，责任心强，诚实可靠
供应商质量工程师- -主要职责Supplier Quality Engineer Major responsibilities :
1. Coordinating with US team to follow-up new product development projects at suppliers side .
2. based on design demand, can creating product specification for manufacturing menu an d create product acceptance standard for inspection reference
3. Do Pre-shipping on-site inspection based on approved samples an d drawing, conduct testing , inspection .and issue inspection report in English.
4. Managing quality claims, QC complains, Always implement continuing quality improvement an d provide corrective plan for bad products .
5. Coordinating with 3rd party lab an d inspection company , helping our factory pass audit ,testing , an d inspection .
6. Can provide constructive engineering advise , easier to manufacture advices an d cost saving advice during production development process.
7. Coach factory on their quality management an d process building.
8. Keep good records of all quality issues.


1） -对新产品，能按照设计要求，拟定产品的标准，以供工厂制造和检验参考。 2.对现有的产品，出货前-到工厂验货；能按照提供的图纸和样品，能进行相关测试，检验，判断产品的合格与否。并出具详细的英文验货报告。 3） 管理协调各类工程质量问题，包括产品的更改，包装的更新，处理质量投诉向供应商提出8D要求，并跟踪纠正措施有效性及提出改善意见等。 4） 能同客人指定的第三方实验室，验货机构协调沟通，指导工厂第三方通过验厂，测试，及验货 .5）产品开发阶段同设计人员沟通，对产品的成形，生产，成本提供建设性的意见！ 6） 协助供应商建立健全质量管理体系，加强对产品和制程进行质量控制 7.） 汇总存档各项质检记录和客户投诉，并能进行分析统计，提出改善方案，完善质量管理；
