Position:Genesis is seeking an ambitious an d results driven sales professional to help us grow revenue by bringing on new customers. This is a unique opportunity for a highly self-motivated sales professional with a successful record of accomplishment, ability to efficiently conduct outreach activities, identify potential opportunities, qualify an d manage the sales process through to signed agreements. Developing an d building strong relationships with customer supply chain an d engineering teams to ensure the customer satisfaction with Genesis business an d technical services. The individual hired in this position will be dedicated to our RF Shielding product line an d will have the opportunity to shape the future of Genesis’ success in the Asia market.
Responsibilities: Lead business development initiatives an d sales efforts by selling Genesis’s RF Shielding an d Thermal solutions into key growth markets such as Set Top Box, IoT, Financial Terminals, Smart Energy companies as well as the ODM space. Develop an d execute the RF Shielding an d Thermal sales an d business growth plan, providing sales forecasts, ensure they are met, an d continuing to manage a plan as product an d market dynamics change.Establish high-level customer contacts an d relationships including Distribution, End Users, an d Strategic Partners. Identify, qualify business potential, an d develop revenue opportunities for new campaigns, services, channels, products an d partners that will generate an d capture new revenue an d profit by leveraging the Genesis’s strengths an d expertise.Develop an d implement pricing strategies for existing an d new products in conjunction with the Marketing/Engineering Department to win both new business an d acquire new customers. Provide inputs on Marketing an d Engineering programs an d collateral as needed.Generates sales leads, following up on internally-generated existing leads an d supporting existing customers.Using knowledge of the market an d competitors, identify an d develop the company’s unique selling propositions an d differentiators.

Strong capabilities to identify potential opportunities an d develop an d execute the sales strategies an d tactics needed to meet projected sales an d year-to-year growth.Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in sales, business development, and/or product marketing of related products with a proven track-record in managing an d developing annual $20M sales/business opportunities in the referenced markets.Excellent cross-functional team collaboration an d matrix management skills, including strong communications, presentation, negotiation, vision, prioritization an d interpersonal skills, along with proficient English language fluency. Strong financial an d analytical skills, market trending, an d computer literate including CRM an d MS Office.Excellent planning, organizing an d project management skills (forecasting an d funnel management).Demonstrated motivation for business development, the ability to identify customer needs an d grow revenue.Strong prospecting, sales planning an d management skills.Excellent verbal an d written communication. Comfortable presenting to groups an d individuals.trong teamwork ethic, with exceptional ability to work well with peer engineers, operations, customers, vendors, an d professionals at all levels.Highly organized an d self-motivated.Bachelor’s degree in Business Or Engineering is required.Willingness to travel in region up to 50%.
