1. Negotiate with each departments, Business Innovation Center, & Business Teams to discuss the new innovation requirements

2. Have the good knowledge of how contact center works, at least 5 years working experience for contact center

3. Have the version of the new technology parts in contact center, previously attended the projects, such as voice bot, chat bot, quality management bot project

4. Make clear an d reasonable work plan for the whole project life cycle;

5. Deliver the HLD in internal, external teams, & Vendors based on the request from each business department; take care of the whole project during the project life cycle

6. Actively cooperates with team to work on projects;

7. Organize the meeting with teams to make sure the production recover smoothly once the big issue happened.

8. Preparing the slides for the whole project

1. Bachelor degree Ｏr above in Information Technology Ｏr comparable education;
计算机及相关专业本科及以上学历;
2. 5 plus years’ work experience of contact center, related to text analysis & voice analysis even better;
五年以上呼叫中心和语音机器人，文本聊天机器人相关工作经验;
3. Experience in data mining/ analysis, machine learning, deep learning, information retrieval, large scale server experience an d knowledge representation.
有数据挖掘/分析,机器学习,深度学习,信息检索,大型服务器及知识的经验;
? Experience in the mathematics & algorithms. 有数学和算法经验
? Experience in integrating new techniques into the live production system. 将新技术集成到线上生产系统的经验。
? Familiar with at least one of deep learning frameworks: Tensorflow, Pytorch, Caffe, Mxnet, etc..
熟悉至少一个深度学习框架：Tensorflow, Pytorch, Caffe, Mxnet 等;
? Experience with large-scale computing platform is a plus but not required. e.g., Spark, Hadoop, etc. 拥有大型计算平台的经验优先，但不是必需的，例如 Spark，Hadoop.
4. Strong analysis, design, an d trouble shooting skills
具备较强的分析、设计、和解决问题的能力;
5. Team work with solid English an d communication skills
具备良好的英语和沟通能力和团队合作能力;
6. Well organized with passion an d sense of responsibility. 具备良好的工作热情和责任感.
