Initiative to perform installation an d commissioning audit for all products supplied by company, including engines, gensets, gearboxes an d remote controls, according to working drawings & maker’s requirements. All issues in field must be communicated in a clear an d professional manner with shipyard an d owner representative personnel, to ensure maker’s guidelines are understood an d followed.按照工作图纸和厂家要求，主动执行公司供应的所有设备，包括主机，发电机组，齿 轮箱和遥控的安装检查和调试检查。所有现场的问题，应清晰专业地跟船厂和船东代 表沟通，确保厂家的要求得到理解和遵守。2. The capability to solve customer problems in the field in a professional an d efficient manner, while maintaining customer satisfaction.采取专业和有效的方式，解决现场的客户问题，并维持客户满意度。3. Accurate recording of all job & maintenance activity an d equipment performance data during installation audit, commissioning an d final sea trials. 准确记录安装指导，调试和试航过程中，工作内容和设备性能数据。4. Perform opening box inspection an d get customer’s confirmation.执行开箱检验的工作，并得到客户的确认。5. Ensure that all changes to the design an d installation of equipment recognized in the field is communicated back to the application engineer Ｏr project engineer so that all field changes result in as-built drawings being completed for the end user an d company.确保现场确认过的所有设计和安装的改变，都反馈给应用工程师或项目工程师。并体 现在最终的完工图纸中，作为最终用户和公司的存档文件6. Signing an d filling all commissioning & sea trial reports relative to company’s an d maker’s requirement on warranty.按照公司和厂家的质保要求，签署和备存调试和试航报告。
岗位要求Requirements：1. Collage Ｏr above majoring in electrical an d mechanical background with more than 2 year experience in the commissioning/repair/maintenance of marine power machinery. Capable to commissioning vessels alone in a reasonable time of training.大专以上学历，机械和电气技术背景，具有船用动力设备的调试或维修经验2年以上。 经过一定的培训能够独自承担船舶调试任务。2. Familiar an d comfortable to work around products company supplied, such as engines, gensets, gearboxes an d control systems, to ensure correct interface an d installation of products an d the capability to do basic troubleshooting. 熟悉并愿意从事公司经营的船用产品的安装，调试和维修工作，包括主机，发电机组， 齿轮箱和遥控系统。具有基本的解决问题的能力。3. Commitment to complete projects on time an d on budget. 按时间和成本预算完成项目工作。4. Strong communication abilities both in English & Chinese，CET-4 is mandatory.中英文沟通能力强，英语4级以上。5. Must be able to work within a team environment. 具有团队合作精神。6. Significant travel within the P.R. China is expected. 需要在国内经常出差 。
