2.ResponsibleformonthlytelephonelistUpdate.
3.Professionalguestreception/noticerelatedemployeegotofrontdeskforwelcome/timelyarrangetealadyforteaandmonitortheservicelevel.
4.Meetingroombookingarrangement&meetingroomdailycheck-upaccordtostandard,goodmeetingroomenvironmenttracking.Meetingroomfacilitychecking&setupbeforeeachmeetinguponusersrequirement.
5.Maincoordinatoronemployeebusinesstravelticket/hotelbooking/TravelInsurancedocument.StrictlyfollowcompanyUpdatedtravelpolicyandapproval/operation/financialreviewprocess.
6.OtherfrontdesksupportserviceonceHubleadconfirmed.
7.Coordinateonanyothersoftservicerequestandresourceoffering.
8.Responsibleforcompanypoolcarbooking.
