大连凯杰建设有限公司，创建于1998年12月，经过20年的努力拓展与经验积累，已发展成为一个以大连为发展中心，辐射环渤海、东南沿海、京津、沪上各地的实力雄厚的EPC项目总承包企业。同时我们拥有设计、施工、监理、招标代理全部资质。在无锡、青岛、北京、天津都成立了分公司。公司自创立之日起，面向国际建筑市场，采用日本已发展最成熟的先进管理模式，以外商投资者的利益为立足点开展营业活动。

Dalian Kaiser Construction Co., Ltd, was established in December 1998, through 20 years expended great effort on development an d experience accumulation, Kaiser already became a strong EPC general contract enterprise with development center in Dalian, covering Bo sea area, southeast coast, Beijing an d Tianjin, pearl river delta area. Meanwhile, we hold all necessary qualifications: project design, construction, supervision, bidding etc. We founded branch office in Wuxi, Qingdao, Beijing, an d Tianjin.
