AcＣountabilities:1）Lead the team to provide demand planning forecast to supply chain team with good quality2）Team management, make sure all team member’s target an d KPI are set properly an d monitor on regular basis, etc…3）EP management4）Ensure team can meet EP requirement5）Ensure all the team use right methods to get good results according to Excellent Program;6）Drive team’s process improvement
Qualifications :1）5 years experience in similar analysis job positions 2）Experience in change management/project management would be beneficial3）Experience in people management an d team management4）Experience in supply chain would be a plus5）Experienced in using Excel, VBA, Powerpoint6）Proactive to move before things happen to have a key participation on the acts7）Team management skill8）Good understanding of FMCG9）Good knowledge of consumer product commercial processes10）Result oriented an d service mindset11）Ability to develop effective working relationships with key customers an d business contacts12）Good communication an d change management skills 13）Good understanding an d alignment to routine management
