到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 岗位职责：Main Responsibilities:1．主要负责注塑部门生产管理、成本控制、过程控制、质量管控、现场管理、设备日常维护、人员管理、员工激励、员工培训及生产过程中的问题解决等工作；-Responsible for small parts injection（SPJ）,manage the works such as trail-produce、production management、cost control、process control、quality control、field control、 equipment maintenance, personnel management, employee motivation, employee training an d problem solving in the process of production ,and so on.
岗位要求：Job Requirements:1. 大专以上学历，30-40岁，材料、模具相关专业，5年以上注塑相关工作经验，3年以上管理经验；- College degree Ｏr above, 30 to 40 years old, material, mold related major, 5 year’s injection molding related working experience, 3 year’s experiences in management.2.熟悉各类注塑设备及模具，具有较强的生产管理能力；- Be familiar with all kinds of injection molding equipment an d mold, have strong ability of production management;3.熟练的office操作技能，良好的UG,CATIA等软件操作技能；- Good office skills, Good operating in UG, CATIA software.4.较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力；- Strong communication an d coordination ability an d team cooperation ability;
任职资格的具体描述：Qualification1. 有相关注塑工作和管理经验；-More experiences about injection an d management.2.英语熟练，可用于工作语言；-Fluent on English （Speak an d Write） as working language3.可接受国内、国外出差；-Accept job rotation an d on business in China an d abroad.职能类别：质量管理/测试经理（QA/QC经理）
