Create strong design visual assets, such as digital banner an d campaign page, etc. for online business needs an d digital marketing activations 3. Understand an d adapt marketing/promotional campaigns an d art directions for executions of various digital channels 4.Ability to art direct an d edit photographic an d illustration work to support the brand’s digital marketing 5.Create an d develop video an d animated contents o Operate effectively for efficient turnaround of digital design material adjustments an d resizes6.Manage the brand official website an d social-media acＣounts o Develop strong visual materials for daily basis Ｕpdates 7.Good understanding of new trends on web an d social-media platforms 8.Working closely with the Product Development team, you will be able to: 9.Generate new product design concepts an d innovative ideas 10.Create packaging design an d implement artwork files for print production
Job requirements：- Bachelor degree Ｏr related education in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication orMultimedia- 8 years’ experience in creating interactive visual assets （Projects done for skincare, cosmetics,luxury brands on both international an d local markets）- Great art direction an d strong visual styling- Exceptional computer software skills on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects an d Premier.Knowledge of UI Design, HTML5, flash, Dreamweaver, javascript, CSS is a bonus- Proficient with photo-shoot, videography, photo retouch, an d video edit- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies an d platforms of delivery an d clarity of thinking in howbrands are expressed in various channels- Ability to overlook material printing an d production processes; knowledge about print products- Spoken English is a key requirement- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, energetic, passionate an d customer-focused- A team player with a can do attitude, good team spirit, working passion an d able to work underpressure- High work efficiency, comfortable to work independently an d under tight timelines, able to jugglemultiple projects an d priorities- Detailed an d attentive- Creative, naturally curious about design trends an d innovations
