Work out QC specification document for each finalized product an d cooperate with supplier to establish process/final quality control;2.Implement final inspection to confirm the products quality situation before shipping;3. Conduct sample inspection for final product an d work out inspection report;4.Conduct first article inspection an d work with suppliers for improvements an d preparation for the mass production;5.Conduct annual quality system audit to existing suppliers an d work out audit report;6.Termly supplier s key process check an d cooperate with suppliers to help them to fulfill JCDecaux quality requirements an d improve quality performance;7. Quality issue analysis an d work with suppliers for corrective action plan;8.Others.
Requirements：1.graduated, majored in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering;2.At least 3 years working experience in quality/supplier management within mechanical Ｏr electronics/electro-mechanic;3.Strong communication skill, good command of English is must;4.Basics knowledge in measurement, engineering drawing, statistics an d purchasing process;5.Knowledge of ISO9000-14000 Std an d of product certification standard;6.Knowledge of QC method an d tools, PDCA, 8D, FMEA, 5 why analysis, etc;7. Possess of team-work skills, analytical ability, fact-oriented, fast learning an d problem solving, personality with a strong sense for responsibility;8.Flexibility to travel regularly to regional suppliers’ locations.
