到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 Position Summary: The role of verification engineer is to verify the design outputs to meet product requirements an d to validate to meet user needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop an d manage master verification plan on each design project dynamically in alignment with project schedule an d deliver the design verification test plan/protocol/report timely. - Develop reliability test plan with rational sample size an d proper math models against failure-induced stresses. - Design test fixture an d support POC （proof of concept） test automation realization. - Develop test protocols, methodologies an d implement testing - Lead training an d monitoring technicians to accomplish tests. - Analyze test results with statistic techniques an d give independent judgment on design quality. - Assure test data integrity, organized, traceable an d documented. - Guide the design team to understand how to design tests to answer questions about the design, especially tests that don’t need to wait until the entire instrument is built.
Qualifications Required: - BS Ｏr higher in instrumentation, automation, chemistry, biological engineering, electrical Ｏr electronic engineering, Electro-mechanical Ｏr similar. - At least 5 years work experience in testing, verification & validation. - Fundamental knowledge of statistical analysis techniques to assess whether design outputs have a statistically capable design an d to identify special cause variation that should be investigated. - Physical failure Knowledge to be capable to dig out failure mechanism an d root cause. - Knowledge of how to design an d execute a life test, HALT/HASS an d use statistical technique an d math model to estimate new product lifetime. - Fundamental skills to utilize statistics, reliability engineering an d failure analysis on design verification practice. - Experienced knowledge of electrical safety standards, EMC standards Ｏr related IEC Ｏr GB standards, environmental test standards an d reliability engineering standards. - Knowledge of DOE in designing good tests to answer questions. - Experienced of Labview Ｏr other software tools to realize test automation. - Good communication skills in Chinese an d English.
