工作职责：
1、创意指导：带领创意小组对客户的任务进行创意实现，控制美术、文字、动画的构成符合品牌策略及创意标准；
2、小组管理：对小组的工作细化负责，协调客户工作的执行,对创意小组的工作进行带领指导； 3、内部沟通：配合CD、ACD进行工作下达，协调公司内部资源，与其他协作部门对客户任务进行沟通，对CD、ACD进行工作汇报；
4、客户沟通：对客户进行创意提案；
5、第三方配合：配合第三方实现相应的工作协调。
任职要求：
1、4年以上业内设计经验，接受过正规的美术/设计方面的训练，具备非凡的艺术构思能力和设计技巧；
2、优秀的设计能力和创意能力；
3、熟悉公司设计业务流程及规范，具体良好的项目整体设计管理、进度与质量控制能力；
4、对 Photoshop 、flash8.0、Illustrator 等的使用须达到专业水平；
5、必须具备有关 Flash、HTML/dHTML 和网络浏览器各项功能的全面知识；熟悉互动网络广告行业运作模式，对互联网媒体和互动产品有较深的理解；
6、工作认真踏实，有良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神。
Responsibilities:
1、 Directs Ｏr supervises the work of other artists, not only the communicator but also responsible for how the communication is conveyed.
2、 Execute ideas flawlessly – paying particular attention to design, layout an d typography.
3、 Be aware of emerging trends in technology an d marketing an d advertising. Read the press an d the industry websites to learn about innovative campaigns an d new technologies an d apply them creatively to your campaigns.
4、 Brainstorming – working within a team developing the initial ideas;
5、 Interact with the client an d acＣount management to gain a total understanding of the client’s business strategy an d the market.
6、 Ensure our work reflects production values that will enable us to compete in major international award shows.
7、 To be aware of the activities of our clients’ competitors in the interactive marketplace.
8、 To play a dynamic role in brainstorming sessions.
9、 Report any areas of concern （or reasons for delight） to the Creative Director.
10、 Explore an d investigate the full potential of those ideas （words, pictures, materials etc）.
11、 Ability to take the abstract an d develop it into the initial look an d feel .
Requirements:
1、 A 3Ddesign background preferred;
2、 above 3 years relevant creative experience in Below-The-Line advertising
3、 Lively, intelligent, challenging, inquisitive an d thoughtful;
4、 Needs to be a team player an d enjoy working with others to develop thinking as a unit an d not as an individual;
5、 Hard working an d ambitious – want to go to the next step, willing to keep moving the thinking on, never happy to accept the first answer;
6、Articulate an d able an d willing to communicate their thinking as well as that of others in the team;
