Manage Compensation & Benefits scheme an d programs, review an d propose competitive compensation an d benefit for key talents to management 3. Work with function leaders closely for staff recruitment an d employee performance appraisal 4. Work with Finance department for HR budget an d staff payroll 5. Manage the day-to-day implementation of all HR policies an d procedures for all employees 6. Ensure to providethe comprehensive an d professional service to all employees 7. Developing an d implementing training plan based on the training needs analysis 8. Creating harmony between company an d employees to increase employee morale 9. General all Human Resources reports if necessary for management reference 10. Fulfill other job-related tasks as required
