This position is a support role reporting to the China BD & Marketing Manager an d working closely with the practice heads/ executives in China, Deputy CEO, the Group Marketing Team an d local Business Development team, the remit is to help the Deputy CEO to deliver the key financial data an d analysis to assist support our global client growth plan, China business development plan, specifically the following:
Business Development
This role will play a critical role in utilizing various Rouse internal BD systems, on-line tools an d digital channels to deliver the business development support expected.
? Data analysis support – export key financial performance reports from our revenue system to analysis the revenue against our client growth plan thus provide performance Ｕpdates to specific executives
? Sales support - general support for all China partners an d key associates including targeting, research, pipeline management, pre an d post meeting follow-up
? Pitches - manage the pitches for China where appropriate
? CRM system – management of contacts for the CRM system
? Provide administrative support to Business Development Director in Shanghai
? Internal communications – work with the team to contribute to the staff magazine an d managing internal Ｕpdates about business development an d marketing in China.

任职资格:
Requirements / Skills Needed
? University graduate from a good university in China Ｏr above
? At least 3 year relevant experience in relevant function in professional services sector, preferably with a law firm
? Fluency in English an d Chinese （written an d spoken） a must
? Great communication skills, confident speaking to people at all levels an d able to work with stakeholders
? Good analytical an d logical thinking
? Forward thinking, Well organised
? Open-minded an d friendly personality, enjoy communicating with people internally an d externally
? Ready to learn an d to take on responsibility an d to grow in the role

? Able to work under pressure an d independently
? Strong IT capability an d knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage
