Customer Services an d Logistics· Provide timely an d right information for customer’s enquiry on price, product availability an d extra costs. Extra costs must be accepted by customer.· Ensure purchase order from customers are acknowledged timely an d entered into the system correctly· Ensure orders with credit limit are resolved before arrangement of delivery· Coordinate with worldwide network partner Ｏr distributors to arrange deliveries for direct customers· Ensure prompt receipt of signed ship receipt an d Ｕpdate of delivery confirmation in the system for invoicing
Administration· Handle e-mails an d answer telephone enquiries. Incumbent is expected to be on-call 24 x 7 due to the nature of the business· Perform filing an d archiving· Perform ad hoc tasks upon management request· Back up within Customer Service Team
Context an d environment· Multicultural environment, strong competition· Constraints – align agreed service level from the suppliers an d customers to avoid unexpected an d uncontrolled situations which may lead to extra charges
AcＣountabilities· Primary contact for direct customers an d network customers in the processing an d coordination of the delivery of our products.· Ensure effective an d efficient process in place to quote an d deliver to the right customer the right product, right quantity, right price, right date an d right vessel· Expected to seek alternatives for exceptional orders an d resolves customer’s complaints
Qualifications / experience required· 3 year of working experience in the area of customer services. Experience in logistics will be an added advantage· Good communication an d interpersonal skills, attention to details· Proactive & innovative in seeking alternatives· Language : Fluent English an d Mandarin an d local dialects as appropriate
薪资情况：税前7-9K/月工作满6个月 额外一个月的薪资福利情况：每个月一天带薪年假，公司缴纳公积金个人缴纳部分
工作时间：朝九晚六，周末双休工作地址：上海市静安区西藏中路268号来福士广场
