This function includes product development an d project management. Role an d Responsibilities l APQP, Instruct PPAP engineer to complete PPAP document on time. l Customer relation for technical subjects an d project timing. l Ensure QCD internally. l Material choice an d coordination with supplier, PV test arrangement an d following both inside an d external, MQ1 updating an d schedule tasks both for PPAP engineer an d Other department. l ECR. l Follow all the Proto an d PPAP samples, an d deliver on time. l Define material specification when needed. l Reports progress of his projects to PD manager Asia. Requirements l Bachelor degree in technical Ｏr science. l Technical background, preferably mechanical Ｏr textile Ｏr plastics. l Experience in product development Ｏr PPAP documents required. l Automotive experience is a must, in a tier 2 supplier preferably. l Self motivated person willing to work hard in a young an d moving environment. l Printing knowledge would be appreciated. l Strong social communication skills an d stress resistance a must. l Proficiency in English. l Others: leadership, common sense, logical, attention to details, convincing, ability to analyze in depth, hands-on, go to the production.
