Job Responsibility:The MIS （ Management Information System） Engineer is primarily responsible for working with the team to develop, test, implement the QA Management Information System with the leadership of QA program manager an d the support of Data Analyst, QA operation team, Production Engineering team, IT team, etc. The Management Information System should support operation team daily business transaction, use the QA internal as well as external data to do the data summary an d analysis, an d ensure the analytic information can be clearly delivered to high management for decision making, to QA internal users/cross function team for controlling an d to vendors/3rd parties for improvement.
The MIS Engineer is also responsible for maintaining an d improving the existing QA databases an d automatic information transition to ensure the success of daily QA operation an d improve the work efficiency.
To accomplish this, the MIS Engineer must have knowledge of Management Information Systems, comprehensive QA operation procedures, web application an d database management skills.
Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Management Information System/Statistics/Mathematics Ｏr other technical sciences is required. 2 years’ experience of application development based on SQL/ Oracle database; （.NET Node.js Angular VBS/VBA/Excel Macro Azure MySQL）（For Database Designer） Experience with large production databases （200G ）; Experience in developing Ｏr troubleshooting an d tuning databases in a production environment independently;（For Front-End Developer） Deep working knowledge of client-side languages such as javascript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, etc. an d can develop the user interface independently.5 years working experience in the field of information management in well-managed buying offices Ｏr factories. Good presentation skills an d strong communication skills.Effective oral an d written English proficiency an d predominate local language（s）.Strong self-management an d development skill.
Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in in Information Technology, statistics, mathematics Ｏr other technical sciences is highly desirable.Familiarity of additional programming languages, frameworks an d back-end web technology is helpful
