内部销售（客服岗）

1． 及时回应客户询价，向客户提供准确报价，并跟踪结果；负责合同的审核、签订、执行、管理及相关款项的催收；及时、准确录入和维护Infor系统、CRM系统信息；Respond to inquiries timely an d quote correctly; Responsible of contract checking, signing, execution an d customer payment schedule; Key in customer information in CRM an d Infor system an d maintain these systems properly. 2． 根据每日收款情况，制作相关单据安排发货、订货事宜，确保货物按约定时间到达客户；Make documents based on the payment schedule of customers an d arrange shipment accordingly to ensure the timely arrival time on the customers’ site.3． 了解公司产品及系统解决方案，提供技术咨询服务，协调解决客户困难，并及时反馈客户信息，确保客户满意度；Have a good knowledge of products an d system solutions; Provide technical service to customers an d help them to resolve their problems to ensure the satisfactions.4． 维护客户关系，倾听客户意见，正确处理并跟踪、解决客户投诉，记录并反馈信息；Maintain the relationship with customers; Listen to their opinions; Handle an d follow up the complaints correctly an d keep in record 5． 和外部销售配合跟进项目，完成订单销售和内部流程，包括标书制作、合同审核、款项催收、文件收集及递交，以及其他项目执行节点的跟进；Coordinate with external sales to follow up projects an d get sales orders; Responsible of internal sales procedures including making bidding documents, contract checking, collection of payment, document collection an d hand over, etc.6． 主动联系客户（含电话、email等），了解并理解客户需求，发展客户关系，发掘销售机会（Leads），记录Phone Call，并促成销售；Take the initiative to contact customers by mails Ｏr calls; Get to know an d understand the requirements of customers; Develop relationship with customers; Find business leads; Record phone calls an d finally get sales orders7． 主动跟踪外部销售、市场部开发的Leads，筛选有价值、有质量的Leads，如有必要要求外部销售进一步跟进；区别关键客户或客户级别，积极产生、扩大客户需求；Take the initiative to follow the outside sales leads Ｏr leads developed by Marketing department. Differentiate key customers Ｏr customer levels; Generate an d expand customer demands;8． 维修、质保事宜的受理及跟进；维修泵的收发及进程管理；协助建立产品维修档案和维修记录，负责相关技术文档建立和用户意见反馈搜集；Handle an d follow repair demands from customers; Receive an d deliver these pumps need to be repaired an d manage the repair procedures; Create an d maintain repair files an d repair records; Create related technical files an d collect feedback from customers;9． 上级指定的其他工作。Other work from Superiors
Knowledge, Skills an d Abilities:1． 较强的表达能力和沟通能力；Strong ability of expression an d communication ability, sweet voice, affinity;2． 具备客户服务意识，良好的团队合作能力;Have the customer service consciousness, good team cooperation ability;3. 较强的学习和适应能力； Good learning ability an d adaptability3． 良好的英语听说读写优先。Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading an d writing.
Qualifications, Training, an d Experience:1． 大专学历以上；College diploma Ｏr above;2． 1年以上外资企业内部销售或者客户服务经验者优先。Above 1 year foreign companies mechanical class customer service experience is preferred.
