70% Screen an d search CV of all position, interview an d evaluate candidates10% 协助人事经理做HR招聘报告和调研,包括行业人才分析、面试技巧培训、建立人才库信息等
10% Assist HR manager to do recruiting report an d research, including industrial talents analysis, interview skills training, setup the talent pool an d so on.10% 与现有招聘渠道保持良好关系,如猎头、高校和招聘网站,同时拓展更多可用的招聘渠道
10% Keep good relationship with exciting recruiting channels such as headhunter, university an d recruiting websites, in the meanwhile, develop other useful channels5% 负责跨部门的沟通协作,不断完善招聘流程,提升招聘质量
5% Keep good cooperation an d communication with other depts. optimize recruiting process an d improve recruiting quality.5% 与新员工保持良好的倾听与沟通,提升试用期间的保留率 5% Keep communication with new staffs an d improve maintenance rate during the probation.
任职资格Requirements 教育背景 本科以上学历
Education: bachelor degree Or above工作经验 2年以上相关工作经验, 有猎头经验优先, TP招聘经验优先Work experience: Above 2 years relevant work experience, headhunter Or TP recruiting experience is a plus.
工作知识 熟悉招聘流程,招聘技巧及人才挖掘Working knowledge: Familiar with recruiting process, recruiting skills an d digging relevant talents
工作技能 熟练使用计算机设备及办公自动化软件(WORD, EXCEL, PPT),良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力 Job skills: Use computer equipment an d office software proficiently, good written an d communication skills个人素质 工作细心谨慎、责任心强、有原则性、办事效率较高;具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作能力; 有独立完成工作的能力Personal qualities: Work carefully an d deliberately、strong sense of responsibility、principled an d work efficiently; have teamwork spirit; have ability to work independently
