1.Familiar with Solaris platform development, minimum of 5 years’ experience in Java development.
熟悉Solaris系统应用软件开发，6年以上J2EE开发经验。
2.Familiar with business model an d design, an d have deep knowledge of related method. Capable of framework knowledge an d design. Capable of system optimization, performance optimization, an d good skill at difficult technical problem solving.精通业务模型抽象及模型设计，掌握相关方法论，具备良好的识别和设计通用框架及模块的能力，具备系统调优、性能调优等技能，对疑难技术问题具备较强的排查能力。
3.Familiar with JAVA, J2EE, an d have deep knowledge of spring, Hibernate.精通Java，J2EE， 对各种开源框架spring，Hibernate等有深入了解。
4.Familiar with xml, Oracle Database, TCP/IP networking, HTTP/FTP protocol an d Web Service.扎实的数据库基础，精通 Oracle 数据库，熟悉Hbase、redis等NOSql数据库，有大数据开发经验者优先。
5.Familiar with Linux/Unix, prefer to have network service an d management experience like Tomcat/Weblogic/Nginx.熟悉Linux/Unix常用命令，有基于Tomcat/Weblogic/Nginx等网络服务部署、管理及优化配置经验。
6.Experience of integration with back-end system such as crm, billing, etc.需具有大型系统集成的项目经验，例如客户关系管理系统，计费系统等，有分布式系统应用架构设计与研发经验者优先，有微服务治理等项目经验者优先。
7.Minimum of CET band 4, an d with fluently reading an d writing technical document in English.英语四级以上，能熟练阅读并编写英文技术资料。
8.Strong problem solving, communication skills an d integrative team player.对技术有激情，能够快速接受和掌握新技术，有较强的独立、自助的学习能力，有责任心，具备较强解决问题的能力，有良好的沟通能力和团队精神。
