1,本科学历，机械，材料专业优先
2,三年以上工作经验，有型材加工经验者优先
3,精通起草和分析合同和说明工作。
4,具有较强的理科的能力
5,技能在AutoCAD，SolidWorks或其他3D
6,熟练的电脑操作能力 - 包括Microsoft Excel，Word中，PowerPoint。
7,优秀的英语书面沟通技巧。

Position Requirement

of education an d experience, with solid sourcing experience is a must.
3,Proficient in drafting an d analyzing contracts an d statements of work.
4,Proven solving ability with strong math an d statistical knowledge
5,Skill in AutoCad, SolidWorks Ｏr other 3D
6,Proficient PC skills - including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
7,Excellent verbal an d written communications skills required inEnglish.
8,Ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed.

Position Responsibilities
1,Help Purchasing Manager to supports the regional supply function, ensuring continuity of supply through analysis of key metrics
2,Develop an d manage new vendor on-boarding process including terms, compliance, set up forms, lead times, an d tracking of all related information
3, Executes vendor performance evaluations to ensure technical excellence for product
4, Prepares supplier development program to improve overall supplier performance
5, Assists in identifying an d developing department tools an d methodologies
6, Maintains an d enhances cross-functional team relationships
7, Comfortable interfacing directly with the vender
8,Coordinates an d collaborate with regional teams while ensuring tactical an d strategic alignment.
9,Evaluates potential suppliers an d manages the overall supplier qualification process
10,Develops an d create sourcing plans, requests for proposal, an d other sourcing documents.
11, Ensure business controls are in place surrounding sourcing, contracts, spending, an d supplier management
