Key responsibilities include:Key Responsibilities:Actively work with, co-ordinate daily operations, acＣounting, reporting an d analysis of revenues as well as receivables for all in-charge Business Unitsl Be the business partner an d advisor to provide the rationalization proposal for HQ commercial an d regional sales team.l Play active role of window contact person between HQ AR team an d regional AR team, to provide the guidance to all region finance if needed.l Interface an d align between finance an d commercial team.l Closely monitor an d improve the financial process related to sales performance.Conduct credit management with business departmentl Assist to prepare sales budget/forecast under the cooperation with FP&A.Lead Ｏr be involved as a part Ｏr whole projects organized by both finance an d commercial team.Ensure the adherence of acＣounting regulations an d compliance.Comply with Company policies an d procedures, including the completion of documents an d records as required.Effectively guide an d lead the team to perform the working task. Organize an d deliver the necessary training to the subordinate岗位要求：l 8 years total working experience on international company l Bachelor’s degree in AcＣounting, Finance field. CPA Ｏr related certificate a plus.Excellent communication skills- written in Chinese an d English.High level of communication an d inter-personal skills;Strongintellectualcapability,quickstudy,stronglogicalthinking,problemsolvingskillsAble to self-motivate an d motivate the team in a dynamic environment.
