您需：
1.能够全英文授课，并保证教学质量；
Can teach in English an d ensure the quality of instruction.
2.能够在外教课堂中担任助教工作；
Can work as a teaching assistant for the foreign teachers.
3.能够熟练操作办公软件，独立制作教学课件；
Proficiency in office software, an d capable of independently designing courseware.
4.能够通过电话教学、日常沟通等方式对学生的学习效果进行跟踪，为家长提供优秀的教学售后服务；
Track students’ learning progress through telephone teaching, daily communication, an d so on. Provide parents with excellent teaching service.
5.能够进行教室和教具的日常维护和管理；
Do the routine maintenance an d management of classrooms an d teaching aids.
我们希望您：
1.大学本科或以上学历；（英语专业、教育专业、有相关工作经验或海外留学经历者可适当放宽）
University degree Ｏr above; （English, Education, relevant work experience Ｏr study abroad experience may be relaxed）
2.口语标准、地道；较强的读写能力；
Standard oral English, strong literacy;
3.热爱儿童和英语教育事业；
