ResponsibilitiesImplement machine installation, setup, commissioning an d maintenance according to specifications following all safety procedures.Make diagnosis of process and/or functionality failure, seek root cause of the failure.Proposes an d follows the eradication of the dysfunction （e.g. modification, preventive action, writing procedures etc. ....） an d implement these actions.End user training.Site Ｏr remote customer technical support. Essential personality requirements:Good team work consciousness, service mind, an d skillful communication capability.Skilled practice ability, should be able to work under high working stress.Comply with work deployment.Carefulness, patience, honesties, out-going personality. Work requirement***, College degree of Mechanical engineering, Electrical, Automation engineering Ｏr electrical & mechanical integration majority. Good English writing, reading, listening an d verbal ability.Skilled in precise mechanical fitting, assembling, an d installation, good in practice.Be familiar with electrical an d automation, good in practice.Be familiar with AutoCAD an d MS Office software.Be capable to work an d troubleshoot independently.Suitable for frequent business travel. Applicant with any of following experiences is preferred.Experiences of working for machinery manufacturer Ｏr related after sale service.Experiences of working for high speed precise packing machine, acetate filter making machine.Experiences of using Siemens an d Lenze automations （PLC, SCADA, Industry Network, Servo Drives）, with basic programing capability.Experiences of working in tobacco Ｏr cigarettes machinery.Experiences of working for intercultural enterprise. 工作内容：在符合安全程序要求前提下按任务要求执行机器的安装、设定、调试与维护保养工作；进行工艺或功能故障的诊断、查找根本原因；建议并跟踪并执行消除存在问题的方案，例如：改造，预防措施，书写操作规程等；终端用户培训；远程或现场为客户提供技术支持。 基本素质要求:优秀的团队意识，服务意识，良好的沟通协调能力。动手能力强、能吃苦、能承受工作压力。服从工作分配。细心、耐心,工作踏实,性格外向。 工作要求:机械、电气、自动化或机电一体化专业,大专以上学历；具备良好的英语听说读写能力；熟悉精密机械装配、安装工作，有较强的动手能力；具备电气及自动化知识，动手能力强；熟悉AutoCAD，及MS Office办公软件；有较强的独立现场解决问题的能力；能适应长期出差。 符合以下条件者优先:有机械设备生产企业组装或售后服务工作经验优先；熟悉西门子（Siemens）和伦茨（Lenze）自动化系统，如PLC、SCADA、工业通讯网络、伺服器等，有基本编程能力优先；有烟草行业设备从业经验优先;跨国企业从业经验者优先。
