Position Summary 职位概述 This position will partner with the HOM Lead an d the facility Ｏr functional leader to develop an d execute a Kaizen roadmap. It will lead the overall HOM Lean efforts in improving processes an d procedures for the specified site Ｏr functional areas. Training an d coaching managers an d associates will also be a key part of this role.
Essential Duties an d Responsibilities include the following 主要职责 Partner with the OpCo/Platform HOM Lead an d the facility Ｏr functional leader to develop an d execute a Kaizen roadmap; Schedule, lead an d facilitate Kaizen Events an d other CI projects aligned with the Kaizen roadmap an d Strategy Deployment; Train an d coach managers an d employees in the daily use an d implementation of Lean principles; Ensure consistent application of HOM practices, tools an d templates （ie: Standard Work, Job Instruction, Daily Management, Weakpoint Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Road mapping, VOC, value selling, sales funnel management, value pricing, PLCM, rapid innovation, etc.）; Audit, monitor an d sustain the health of the HOM Lean culture by utilizing a scoring system, gap analysis, an d Ｃountermeasures; Track the status of all HOM Lean activities, cost savings, training, certifications an d events; Assist organization-wide kaizen efforts as needed; Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirement 职位要求 —Bachelor’s degree Ｏr equivalent from a college Ｏr university in Engineering, Business Management Ｏr comparable field; —A minimum of 5 years related lean experience and/or training; Ｏr equivalent combination of education an d experience with an emphasis in Lean; —Demonstrated expert lean manufacturing knowledge an d experience required; —Expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles, 5S, CI, SMED, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Standard Work, 3P, Poke Yoke, etc. required; —Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, an d coach required; —Strong leadership an d change agent skills required; —Excellent team facilitation skills required; —Sigma experience Ｏr certification preferred; —Lean Ｏr CQE Certification preferred; —Travel based on business needs; —Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, an d writing ability （mandatory）.
