Good skill in the programming for machining center. Operate SIEMENS, FANUC system. 2. Familiar with design of the vehicle components, especially the production process an d tool concept for the engine block an d head, crankshaft, rod an d etc. Experience in tooling machine branch an d machining of the vehicle components is preferred.3. Familiar with clamps, good knowledge about hydraulic an d pneumatic system, cooling system an d chip conveyor. Experience in commission for the tools an d clamps.4. Technical support the manufacturing an d producing.5. Good knowledge of the layout, BOM, manual, test report an d operation introduction. 6. Support PM for acceptance an d after-sale.Qualification:1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.2. 5 related working experiences. 3. English in writing an d speaking, fluent English is appreciated 4. Familiar with 2D/3D CAD program, SOLIDWORKS is preferred. Good computer skills, especial MS OFFICE.岗位职责：1.了解各类加工工艺，熟悉卧式加工中心结构及使用，熟练掌握加工中心加工工艺，熟练操作西门子、FANUC等数控系统；2.具有汽车缸体、缸盖、曲轴、连杆、车桥等零部件的设计、加工工艺及刀具方案的设计的能力，有机床行业、汽车零部件生产工艺规划背景优先；3.熟悉零部件工装夹具应用，熟悉液压、气动、冷却排屑等专业知识；4.为设备制造、运行提供技术与测试支持；5.具有绘制布局图、零件BOM表的制作、装配指导书、测试报告及设备说明书的编写能力；6.支持项目经理完成项目验收、售后服务等工作；任职要求：1. 本科及以上学历，机械、自动化等相关专业；2. 5年以上在机床行业经验，特别是汽车行业Powertrain相关零部件的加工工艺经验；3. 具备一定的英文读写能力，口语流利优先；4.熟练掌握2D/3D CAD软件，熟练掌握OFFICE软件，SOLIDWORKS优先。
