Essential Duties an d Responsibilities Undertakes after-sales technical services for SCHUNK Electronic solution machines （De-paneling an d palletizing）, including on-site installation, testing, an d maintenance, via phone Ｏr on-site trouble-shooting Conduct production. Collects an d analyses the problems enＣountered from the customers side an d informs management. Support customer use SCHUNK equipment. Make customer satisfy SCHUNK quality of machine. Supervision an d operator training at customer site. Improve SCHUNK machine, an d contact to internal. Responsible for SCHUNK machine tool technical jobs, including before sales an d after sales technical support. Present product to customer, support customer to find technical solution. Cooperate with SCHUNK German colleagues to solve technical issue an d other technical communication. Effectively present information an d respond to questions from manager, customers, an d the general public. Assist with special projects an d assignments when requested.
Qualifications 3-5 years work execution in electrical an d mechanical installation Ｏr in maintenance field. A strong ability for site execution with high Electrical （ Automation） technical skills. Basic skill of PLC an d C programming. Must be able to maintain excellent customer interaction an d efficient problem solving. Ability to manage an d prioritize multiple tasks an d projects meeting internal customer demands an d SCHUNK business needs. Ability to respond to technical inquiries Ｏr complaints from customers.
Education College Degree Ｏr Bachelor degree. Major in Automation/Electrical/Mechanotronics/ Ｏr Industry Engineering related.
Language Skills English language ability to analyze, an d interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures. English language ability to write reports, business correspondence, an d procedure manuals. English language ability to present information an d respond to questions from customers, an d HQ. German language skills are a plus.
Computer Skills Ability to use PC applications including AutoCAD, UG，Solidworks，Excel, Word, PPT an d Email.
