到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 · Supporting the facilities an d utility systems in client site, co-ordinate an d supervise preventive maintenance relating to the HAVC/ACMV installation, equipment an d other related operating functions, such as housekeeping, landscape maintenance, security cameras etc.· Programming an d managing a team of Service Providers on all HAVC/ACMV an d facility equipment an d operation functions.· Overseeing the day to day activities of facility officer （where applicable）.· Ensuring an d complying with all the Environmental, Health an d Safety requirements of the client.· Providing technical maintenance support in solving recurring problems.· Ensuring all work adherences to specification, code of practice an d schedule of completion.· Ensuring that all staff comply with EHS requirements.· Ensuring all Service Provider’s representative have completed the safety training programs for contractors by the client.· Maintaining an d updating documentation pertaining to all preventive maintenance schedule to the facilities. To conduct regular service provider’s performance reviews, covering work quality an d customer satisfaction issues. Allocating duties to team members as the need arises.

· More than 5 years of working experience · Proven successful service leader Ｏr Admin leader;· Strong interpersonal, self-motivated, communication, an d problem-solving skills an d high integrity character.· Positive an d self-confidence.· Excellent in Chinese an d English language.· Well-versed in Word, Excel an d PowerPoint applications. Strong independent thinking & working under press ability, an d able to manage the whole site during absence of site manager.
· Extensive professional experience in fit-out construction industry, ideally gained in the banking, retail Ｏr commercial space.· Minimum a Diploma holder in M&E.· Some exposure to managing a team would be viewed favourably.· Strong Mechanical background.· Experience in Mechanical Ventilation an d Air-conditioning （HVAC/ACMV）.· Good management skill.· Well versed in computer applications e.g. Microsoft software.· Good interpersonal an d communication skills.· Good team player. · Good English Skill.· Transaction experience is preferred. EHS background is preferred
