工作任务 Tasks: 负责工时标准、人体工程学、工装夹具及车间和产线的设立Time study, Ergonomics, tool an d work place as well as production line design;设计产线，提出有建设性意见Plant layout planning;实现产线平衡和产能规划Line balance an d capacity planning;消除浪费、实施资源整合Waste elimination an d resource integration;不断优化和提高生产安全、工作效率和质量Continue improvement on safety, working efficiency, quality;直线经理所安排的相关工作任务The tasks arranged by the manager. 岗位要求 Requirements: 本科及以上学历，工业工程等相关专业Bechelor degree Ｏr above, majored in industrial engineering an d related field;熟练使用电脑和办公软件，熟悉Solid works和Auto-CAD软件应用Proficient with PC an d MS office, Solid works, Auto-CAD software application;至少五年以上工业工程相关工作经验Minimum 5 years working experience in industrial engineering;熟悉精益生产LEAN production know-how;擅长体系改善Strong capacity in system improvement;动手能力强，良好的分析能力、团队协作精神和人际交往能力Solid in hand, good analysis capability, teamwork spirit an d good interpersonal skills;英语流利，熟练使用电脑Good knowledge of English an d computer skills.
