1.负责指导生产线长对对新员工的培训，确保每一位员工均受到合格的生产实际操作的培训，做好培训记录；对
考评结果进行评、复审。配合生产统计员定期更新员工操作技能表
Be responsible for instructing to line leader about training to new employee, be sure every new employee receive qualified production operation training, record training into file; review an d re-assess result.Cooperate Production Statistics Ｕpdate employee operation skill matrix periodly.
2.根据生产计划协同物料控制员准备生产所需物料，多余物料的返回，不合格品的控制
Cooperate Material Controller prepare all material for daily production according to production plan, return surplus material to stock, non-confirming controll.
3.根据生产计划和实际情况安排每天生产；并将生产情况反馈至上级和物料员。配合生产工程师或生产主管，确保每一位员工岗位安排计划与所培训的资质相符合。核查生产统计数据，保证其准确性和及时性。有时段地配合上级检查生产区域的5S和EHS
Be responsible for arrangement production regarding plan an d situation; feedback production situation to superior an d material controller.Cooperate with production engineer Ｏr supervisor to arrange each operator’s working station regarding production plan, be sure consistence with training material recording.Check production statistics, guarantee all data reports are correct an d in time submit Cooperate with superior checking 5S an d EHS at production area period.
4.配合生产主管和工程师分析、研究并实施工艺改进措施和跟踪
Cooperate production supervisor Ｏr engineer analysis, research an d carry out process improvement an d follow up

岗位要求 Requirements:
1.诚实正直
Honest
2.机电、工程等相关专业中专以上学历，三年以上外企相关工作经历
Technical secondary school degree Ｏr above major in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering Ｏr equivalent, with at least 3 year’s relevant experience at JV
3.有现代化的产品制造和装配生产线现场管理的经验，对一些生产中常用的质量控制手段和方法（如SPC，Cpk等）有较深刻的理解
With abundant experience of modern product manufacturing an d on-the-spot management of assembly line, familiar with some usual quality control method an d way （SPC, Cpk, etc.）
4. 较好的组织管理能力和沟通协调能力
Good organization an d management skills, good communication an d coordination skills
5. 有较好的英语和计算机基础，能看懂技术图纸
General knowledge of English an d PC, be able to identify the technical drawing
