Job Brief:As a core member of the product management team, the business system analyst position involves working closely with the product directors an d business teams to identify product requirements to meet the customers’ expectations an d Active corporate objectives as well as with the members of the engineering team to ensure proper implementation of designs an d smooth roll-outs.
RequirementsMust have strong analytical skills an d problem solving skillsMust possess excellent written an d interpersonal communication skills an d be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organizationExperience in requirement management, including requirements gathering, analysis, an d specification documentationAbility to assume intellectual ownership an d possess strong attention to details an d commitment to delivering quality productAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams an d synthesize cross-functional input in a team/collaborative environmentAbility to learn an d adapt quicklyExperience in agile software development an d web product design is preferredJob Responsibilities:Closely work with Product Manager for product developmentTake product feature ownership an d manage full life cycle of the requirementProduce an d maintain product backlog an d participate in Ｏr drive sprint planning where appropriateProduce business an d use cases where necessary to support product requirementsProduce high quality business analysis artifacts in a timely manner, including user story, software requirement specification, functional specificationCollaborate with UX & Visual designers for wireframe an d visual assetsDriving grooming meetings with implementation teams, an d play an active role to clarify requirements an d decision making to ensure implementationCommunicate with customer/support an d provide customer support where necessaryACTIVE Network Perks & Benefits?
