Responsibilities: - Answer an d resolve requests Or problems received from customers via email support requests in a professional, polite an d articulate manner. - Troubleshoot, investigate an d report potential problems an d bugs using the established reporting an d tracking processes. - Investigate potential solutions to errors an d provide timely follow-up with customers to ensure successful problem resolution. - Log all communications an d essential information into an internal CRM system on a daily basis. Requirements: - Excellent written an d verbal English skills. Minimum CCET level 4. - Ability to quickly learn new technology with a solid understanding of computer system an d web-based technology. - Need to work 5 days per week.
