招聘人数：1-3人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 性别要求：不限 婚况要求：不限 大象机器人正在寻求一名具有3年以上工作经验，本科及以上学历毕业，可以为工业机器人设计实时控制系统的高级工程师。本岗位的主要职责是对现有工业机器人的实时操作系统进行优化与改进，并设计、开发更稳定的控制系统架构；同时参与EtherCAT主站优化。直接汇报对象为CTO。ElephantRobotics is seeking a Control System Engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree an d more than 3 years of work experience to design a real-time control system for industrial robots an d directly report to the CTO. The main responsibility ofthis position is to optimize an d improve the real-time operating system of the existing industrial robots, to design an d develop a more stable control system architecture, an d to participate in EtherCAT master optimization.
职责描述：
1，负责LINUX操作系统的实时性能优化;2，负责工业机器人控制系统软件设计、开发、调试;3，负责EtherCAT主站优化与性能、可靠性测试;4，负责系统加密算法开发.
任职要求：1，本科及以上学历,自动化/计算机或相关专业,良好的英语听说能力；2，至少3年以上机器人控制系统或Linux内核相关工作经验；3，熟悉工业总线通讯开发；4，熟悉Linux Kernel模块开发；5，有架构设计和开发的经验者优先。

Qualifications:1, Bachelor s degree with a major in Automation, CS , Mechatronics, etc. an d possess great English communication skills2, 3 years of experience in Robot Control System Ｏr Linux Kernel Development;3, Experience with industrial Ethernet/bus communication;4, Experience with Linux Kernel Module;5, Experience with operating system architecture development preferred.
