Essential Duties an d Responsibilities Review customer specifications, requests for quote, drawings an d other customer documents to develop an d prepare quotes for customers. Provide technical service to customers relating to use, operation an d maintenance of SCHUNK products. Resolve customer complaints with SCHUNK technical department. Follow up on sales orders an d quotes to customers. Display Ｏr demonstrate product, using samples Ｏr catalog, an d emphasizes features likely to generate sales. Build an d maintain relationships with assigned acＣounts, maintain customer contact an d information via CRM database. Coordinate with sales team members on project base, give cross selling support to other areas. Qualifications Senior Sales Engineer must has above 2 years sales working experience with Ｏr in the related/target industry, such as machine tools service working experience. Also welcome new graduates to be Junior Sales Engineer, we will provide a competitive career development. Ability to read, analyze, an d interpret documents such as catalog, operating an d maintenance instructions, an d procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports an d correspondence
Education and/or Experience College Ｏr Bachelor’s degree above; Mechanical Engineering Ｏr electronic engineering study.
Computer Skills Ability to use PC applications including Excel, Word, PPT an d Email.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid Driver’s License
