岗位说明：
工作职责：
- -BD客户开发与维护，根据客户需求寻找合适的高端人才- -与顾问及客户沟通，分析职位需求、公司背景、竞争对手信息，确定搜索方向；- -运用招聘网站、陌生电话、业内人士推荐等方式寻找符合要求的候选人；- -收集候选人的最新简历，与其进行深度沟通（电话、面对面）- -撰写推荐报告（中、英）发送给客户，及时追踪客户意见；- -协调双方时间并安排面试，为候选人做面试辅导，必要时进行面试接待；- -追踪面试反馈信息，随时调整搜索方向，使项目进程加快；- -安排成功推荐的候选人进行入职前体检、背景调查；- -辅导候选人洽谈OFFER（薪水、入职时间等）- -关注已入职候选人的动态，帮助其适应工作，使得项目顺利完成-每周与客户沟通，询问新增需求及职位细节变化，与客户保持良好关系；

岗位要求：1、对猎头业务某一两个行业的操作（制造、IT、快消、医药、化工、金融、房地产等各行业）有较深的理解；2、担任顾问时有较好的业绩产出；3、有团队组建和管理思维或经验，有管理过2人以上团队的经验尤佳；4、具有企业家精神，有激情并勇于承担责任；5、有正能量，有意愿在猎头行业发展。
Responsibilities:
- -BDCustomerdevelopmentandmaintenance,accordingtocustomerneedstofindtherighthigh-endtalent-Communicationwithconsultantsandcustomers,analyzejobrequirements,companybackground,competitorinformation,determinethesearchdirection;-Theuseofjobsites,strangephone,theindustryandrecommendwaystofindcandidatestomeettherequirements;-Collectthelatestcandidate scurriculumvitae,withitsdepthofcommunication（telephone,facetoface）-Writerecommendationreport（inEnglish）senttothecustomerinatimelymannertotrackcustomerfeedback;-Coordinatetheirtimeandarrangeinterviewsforthecandidatestodoaninterviewcounseling,interviewthereceptionwhennecessary;-Trackinginterviewfeedbackinformation,feelfreetoadjustthesearchdirection,sothattheprojecttospeeduptheprocess;-Arrangementsforsuccessfulreferralsofcandidatespre-employmentphysicalexamination,backgroundinvestigation;-CounselingcandidatesdiscussOFFER（salary,entrytime,etc.）-Attentiontothedynamichasbeentheentryofcandidatestohelpthemadapttothework,sothatthesuccessfulcompletionoftheproject- Weekly communicate with customers, asking new demand an d job details of the changes, to maintain good relations with customers;
