1.查询和处理客户订单;(以电话、传真及电邮方式); 处理客户问题,例如:订单状态,交货计划,产品信息,付款问题等;2.跟进和清理积压的订单/货物,以改善交货期;3.与客户解释有关付款期限的问题 配合公司各个部门友好合作,安排外发供应商生产及确保准时交货;4.按照公司程序和服务标准处理客户投诉; 参加公司组织的培训,并遵守相关程序 为新员工提供在职培训; 支持迁移/改善项目;5.跟进上级交办的各项工作。
任职要求1.大学英语四级或以上,熟练运用英语交流和计算机操作(Windows、MS Office等);2. 从事客户服务或销售行业2年经验以上,在印刷、标织和服装行业经验者优先。3. 熟悉运用操作知识者优先 成熟、良好的沟通和人际交往能力 做事细心,头脑清晰,有较强的工作处理能力,清楚工作的优先顺序。4.英文读写流利,会粤语 以客户为先,能承受工作压力; 具有较强的团队合作精神;5.良好的电脑操作技能,熟用ERP系统及微軟Navision者优先 良好的工作紧迫感。6.可立即上班者优先
Customer Service Officer Responsibilities:- To respond to customer enquiries an d requests (via telephone, fax an d email communications) in a timely manner;- To follow up with related function depts. to ensure orders are received an d processed as required by customers;- To follow up an d clear backlog orders/shipments to improve delivery performance;- To clarify problems with customers in relation to slow payment - To handle customer complaints according to company procedures an d service standard;- To participate company-organized training ,ie FSC, an d follow related procedures & WI;- To assist an d back up other team members; - To provide on-the-job training to new staff;- To support migration/improvement project;- To follow up the tasks assigned by Supervisor.
