Job duties:
1.New product schedule control
2.RD/project engineer training
3.Help to solve technical issue
4.Design/simulation in product design/development stage
5.New customer development with sales
6.Help on thermal product show for customer survey
7.RD/engineer organization chart development an d improvement
8.Product roadmap development an d design
9.Approve FAI, ECR/ECN, Drawing of product （ standard an d Asia project）
10.Act as customer factory audit engineering window
11.New production processes development
12.Tooling shop management
13.Engineering standard setup an d maintenance
Qualification:
1.Diploma Ｏr above level in management Ｏr mechanical design engineering study
2.At least 15 years thermal industry experiences, familiar with machining requirement, with product design Ｏr application experiences
3.Computer – Office software is a must, familiar with design software, AUTOCAD/PRO-E/SOLIDWORK/ICEPAK..etc
4.Language –Fluent English an d Mandarin
5.Communication: good in communication with application engineer in worldwide an d transfer into factory
6.Others: good in Team Building, strategy planning
