Manufacturing Manager

1.Buildup strategy an d planning to achieve yearly production target/MBO, fine tuning strategy to against any unexpected issues when away from the original planning. Periodically report production status to superior’s management.
2.Drive an d monitoring production heads to achieve their yearly target/MBO.
3.Organize production in accordance with personnel allocation, an d adjust the personnel structure according to the actual production, to ensure rapid response to customer demand.
4.Track the production process an d product quality frequently, read an d analyze production, quality, maintenance an d other operation reports to detect production problems;
5.Supervise the whole production an d operation process, control production costs strictly while ensuring smooth production process, continuing to achieve cost efficiency.
6.Overall responsible for the Cut, Stamp, CNC, Anodize, Assembly, High Power, PMC an d Warehouse.
7.Develop Operation Department’s annual training plan an d staff development plan, assist subordinate departments to bring forward training needs, arrange training courses an d supervise their implementation.
8.Supervise the team in the management of the supply chain to achieve continuous timely supply of parts an d services.
9.Monitors on-time supplier deliveries, inventory turns, MRP execution, Purchase Price Variance, lead-time reduction, supplier performance an d cost reduction plan, souring management.
10.To monitor PMC members work closely with production team an d sales team to ensure Delivery In Full On Time （DIFOT） on committed date.
11.Plan, organize an d control of Warehouse’ overall operations, initiate an d lead Warehouse Improvement Project such as Warehouse Management System, layout an d space optimization, materials movement, storage an d process improvement associated transactions including, shipping, receiving, put away, picking an d issuing.
12.Maintain a sound an d safe work environment where all the employees comply with all the regulatory requirements.
13.Monitor an d ensure compliance with all the financial, environmental, security an d other local Ｏr corporate policies.

Qualification
1.Diploma Ｏr above level in management study, IE back ground is preferred.
2.Understanding of general principles of manufacturing
3.Data driving analysis an d actions
4.Ability to monitoring an d familiar with fish bone process analysis.
5.Ability to define problems, collect data, analyze date, draw valid conclusions, divide complex problems into simpler manageable parts an d come with corrective actions / plans.
6.More than 15 years manufacturing management experience, more than 7 years working experience as Manufacturing Manager Ｏr above in hardware processing factory with staff more than 300.
7.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES （KSA’s）:
?Computer – Office software is a must
?Langrage –Fluent English an d Mandarin
?Communication: good in communication with other departments.
?Others: good in TeamBuilding, strategy planning
?Able to prepare presentations an d articles for publication in accordance with the formats an d styles established.
?Able to present an d report information in a concise an d professional format to management, general public an d the staff.
